Do it for the poor planners!

You know why you should go to those open houses, focus groups and information sessions held by the town or city wherever you live? Because someone went to stupid amounts of work to plan it. For you. They didn't do it for fun, or because they just love it so much. They did it for you and the least you can do is go and say that you like it or you hate it. Because you know what? It's really embarassing if 4 council members show up and a grand 2 of 42 people invited have shown up.

You know what? Not attending is just being rude. Rude. rude. rude.

You're all rude, and of course I'm not bitter!

Rude!

The best part is that after the fact people get up in arms that they weren't "consulted" on decisions their government made. Umm....yes, you were....but you didn't show up! Fool!

That's the most annoying part of all! Give your input when you can do something, not when the project is already started. stupid public.

Hello!?! We live in a democracy! It's not my job to figure out what the city should do. It's my job to maybe make a decision every 2 to 4 years, if I get around to it - what do you think this is? Ancient Greece?

Alright then, it's all good. I just don't want to hear any complaining out of you when you don't like the results.
